This is the second cheese pizza i have had from here in the last couple days and both times were delicious. my brother orders from here every time he is in town and loves the donairs. fast food went downhill a few years ago but not this place. You will find friendly CLEAN looking people who work here. you can order from them with confidence that dirty habits are not being practiced. Good job on the delicious food!

Exactly the donair experience we were looking for in Halifax. Good service, extremely generous quantities, loads of super tasty sweet sauce, and some friendly locals just hanging around outside shootin’ the shit. Loved it!

This was my first time having a donator from here. I highly recommend. So good!

The exact hole-in-the-wall donair and pizza joint you need. Was recommended to us by a local and as we watched them prepare our food we quickly learned why. Largest donair I have ever seen, the thing was so packed full of delicious seasoned meat that the pita didn't even come close to folding in half, let alone wrapping closed. You have to commit to getting messy while you eat the tinfoil wrapped goodness. We had bought a large donair for my husband, a small one for me, and a small for my brother, but by the time we opened the large and saw how big it was, we decided one large donair was more than enough for my husband and I to split, and we're both big eaters. The small was plenty for my brother on its own, and we brought the other small to my friend for lunch the next day. We also got the garlic fingers to share which came with two big donair sauce dips. Not a place for eating inside as it truly is a grungy pizza joint, but it has free 15min street parking out front, tables and a couple chairs to sit and wait or eat at, and quick service.

I can say why this is one of the spots that is said to be Halifax's best. I can't say I've had a donair like that before. The sauce?? Amazing yet unexpected. I can see why this place is deserving of that wall of awards and recognition. Come to this mom-and -pop cornerstone for some AMAZING food. My only minor complaint is that the place is small and some of the seats where taken up by the store's delivery bags.

Visit; June 2024 Got a large donair. It was quite big and hefty. I may have done it wrong by unwrapping it, but there was so much meat in there! The sauce was sweet and added a good balance to the salty meat. The meat had a nice char and crisp to some pieces as well. Great food and very filling, but also very messy. Not much room to eat inside, but there are a couple of tables outside

We started down near the cruise pier and took about a 40-minute walk through Halifax. We passed the Citadel and made our way into beautiful Omera Oval park. About a block and half away, we found the best Donair either of us have ever eaten. This residential pizza place is the perfect stop for a quality Donair that is meant for locals! You will not regret the effort to get here. Enjoy!
